Terms & Conditions

Jivandeep ambulance services was started in the year 2021 with an aim to provide affordable and easily accessible ambulance services to patients across India, having its corporate office at 3rd floor, 36 Inc, City center mall, Pandri, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.

Your acceptance of these Terms of Use constitutes a binding agreement between you and our ambulance regarding your use of the Site and Services. Please ensure that you have read and understood all of these Terms of Use before using the Service. By using this Service, you agree that you have read, understood, accepted and agreed to be bound by the Terms of Use. You also agree to the statements below. If you do not agree to or do not comply with the Terms of Use of the Service (as described below) and wish to terminate your use of the Service, please stop using the Service.

The terms and conditions are written in accordance with the Information Technology act, 2000. This Agreement has been published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Guidelines for Intermediaries) Rules 2011, which require publication of the Rules and Regulations, Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Note – In case you are not able to understand the terms and conditions, you can contact us. Failure to do us within 10-12 hours of acceptance of terms of use shall be considered that you understand and agree to our terms and conditions.


The following terms as used in this Agreement shall have the following meaning unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

“Account” means the account that the Customer has created through the website for using and booking the services of Ambulance.

“Ambulance” means a vehicle duly registered with the Transport Authority of India, which is used to transport patients to the nearest health center in an emergency and non-emergency situation, such as in the event of an accident/disaster; or for routinely medical check-up for treatment, lab tests, discharge for transport of patients, etc.

“Customer/Client” means a person who has booked the ambulance with us.

“Fare” means the amount (INR) to be paid for the service, including all the taxes applicable.

“Driver” means and includes individuals who have the license and permission to drive ambulance, may be rated, assigned and trained to safely take patients from one location to another.

“EMS Services” means all ground emergency ambulance services and related services in the city limits to be provided by Operator under this Agreement for emergency medical dispatch.

“Patient transport vehicle” – a vehicle used to take patients in non-emergency situations for routine check-ups and lab tests.

“Advanced Life support” means a vehicle used for patients in emergency situations.

“Basic life support” means a vehicle which provides enhanced medical assistance to patients during transportation.

“Air ambulance” means a plane or helicopter equipped with all medical equipment for emergency transport for extremely critical patients.


You can use four different types of ambulance services on the website:

  1. a) Advanced Life Support Ambulance (ALS)
  2. b) Basic Life Support Ambulance (BLS)
  3. c) Ambulance
  4. d) Air Ambulance

The service helps you send an ambulance. apply through Jivandeep website for the above-mentioned ambulance booking. However, we do not endorse, recommend, endorse or support such hospitals, doctors, laboratories or pharmacies.

  • The driver has the sole right and full discretion to accept or decline any service request. If the driver accepts the request, the driver will notify you and provide information about the driver, including the driver’s name, the driver’s photo, the driver’s license number, the driver’s phone number and other information that may be specified.

Jivandeep Ambulance Services will take reasonable steps to connect you with a driver, depending on whether the driver is available at or near your location when you request such services.

Confirmation booking

Jivandeep Ambulance Service will contact you after receiving the booking request from you as described, based on the availability of ambulance at the time of pick-up, which will be notified to you via SMS or email. Once the booking has been confirmed, you must check the booking information, including but not limited to the pick-up time and location, and if the details are incorrect, please notify us immediately by calling us. You are responsible for the consequences and damages for any delay that may occur due to your failure to check the confirmation text or email or promptly notify us of any incorrect information.


Jivandeep Ambulance Services shall charge a Fee for the Service which shall be determined and amended at the sole and absolute discretion of Jivandeep Ambulance. The Convenience Fee or Access Fee shall be payable by you and shall be informed of you before you begin your ride.

Once you have completed your journey using the Service, you must pay, otherwise your payment will be automatically deducted from your e-wallet and will not be refunded. If you have a claim against the transport service provider, the dispute must be directed directly to the transport service provider.  All taxes will be applicable to the final price.

Ambulance Performance Commitments
  • The operator shall provide ambulance service 24 hours a day, seven days a week, three hundred sixty-five days a year for all EMS calls dispatched through the emergency center and ordered by the city. The patient’s ability to pay is not considered in the operator’s response.
  • Operator ambulance services must deliver services in a timely manner and meet the highest clinical and professional standards. Operators must comply with all applicable city, county, state and federal laws, rules and standards in the provision of the Services. All persons employed by the operator must be competent to perform their duties and possess and maintain current and valid certifications/licenses/accreditations for their duties or profession. The operator is responsible for employee performance, licenses and operations. The operator must comply, comply, cooperate and submit to individual and business investigations requested by the city.
  • The operator is responsible for the supervision of the field doctor necessary for the effective supervision of ambulance services. Such supervisors must have current credentials and certifications and clinical experience necessary to supervise or support field personnel.
  • The driver must ensure that all personnel are properly oriented priorly. The manual includes, but is not limited to: an overview of the policies, procedures, regulations and guidelines applicable to the City’s EMS system; all communications; navigation, mapping, hospital routes; and operation and maintenance of emergency equipment; and knowledge of appropriate City and policies and procedures. The curricula are a joint venture between Operator and PFD. The company must keep records of compliance with these requirements.
  • The driver’s emergency personnel must always wear clean professional uniforms. Name and education level must be marked as part of all personnel uniforms. The operator recognizes that EMS services are often provided under very stressful conditions.



Transportation Provider agrees that pursuant to this Agreement, Transportation Provider has access to confidential information of Jivandeep Ambulance and its affiliates provided by Jivandeep Ambulance. Transportation Service Provider undertakes to keep all Ambulance information and other confidential information confidential and not to sell or otherwise make such information available to third parties.

  • Confidential Information means and includes all verbal or written information disclosed by Jivandeep Ambulance or Portal Users to the Transportation Service Provider, but is not limited to Portal User Information (like Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Information) telephone numbers as defined in the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data) Regulations, 2011, marketing data, any work products and related documents, the content of the Service Provider’s application/portal or any other information, whether oral or written, is or is received by the Transport Service Provider.
  • In addition, Confidential Information may never be disclosed to any competitor party engaged in the same or similar business as Jivandeep Ambulance services. If we find that confidential information has been disclosed or used for the benefit of other competitors, we may claim compensation for any direct or indirect damage it may incur as a result of such damage.

The information, recommendations and/or Services provided to You on or through our website are for general information purposes only and does not constitute advice. Jivandeep ambulance service will reasonably keep the Site and its contents correct and up to date but does not guarantee that (the contents of) the Site is free of errors, defects, malware and viruses or that the Site is correct, up to date and accurate.

Jivandeep ambulance shall not be liable for You missing the golden hour/trains/flights/events or delays etc. as the Service is dependent on many factors not in our control. You must book an ambulance after taking into account the check-in time, traffic and weather conditions, political rallies, natural calamities, traffic barricades, vehicle breakdowns and other unexpected delays.

If there is any miscommunication, it is your responsibility to contact and inform us immediately.


The users will indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Jivandeep ambulance services, and their officers, agents, employees and attorneys against all claims, demands, any loss or damage, injury, or liability related to the operation of. whatsoever arising out of, arising out of or related to the EMS services, equipment, materials and supplies provided by the Operator pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Operator assumes full responsibility for its own defense and indemnification for patent, copyright or trademark claims or unfair competition claims that may arise from Operator’s compliance with this Agreement.
  • You agree to indemnify incurred from or related to: Your use of the Services, violation of the terms of use and Third-party rights.

License and Proprietary Rights

License Granted –

 Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Jivandeep Ambulance grants to the Transportation Service Provider a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license for the duration of this Agreement, solely to provide transportation services to users of the Portal and also to pay payments between Jivandeep Ambulance and the Transportation Service Provider. Jivandeep Ambulance reserves all rights not expressly granted to the Transportation Service Provider.


Jivandeep website and confidential information including but not limited to all intellectual property rights such as company name, logos, product and service names, trademarks, service marks or other property of Jivandeep Ambulance Services will remain (between transfer between the Service). Provider and Jivandeep Ambulance) Property of Jivandeep Ambulance. This Agreement, Transportation Provider T and C, or use of the Transportation Provider Website does not grant or give Transportation Provider any rights to:

 (a) The Portal and the Provider Application or any rights related thereto, except for limited rights. the above license;

(b) Use or refer in any way to Jivandeep AMBULANCE Intellectual Property.

The Transport Service Provider undertakes not to reproduce, transcribe or duplicate the Intellectual Property of Jivandeep Ambulance in any form or by any means and not to copy, translate or attempt to derive the composition of such Jivandeep Ambulance Intellectual Property or the underlying information, structure or ideas.

  • Drug free workplaceWe ensure that all employees (driver and staff) do not drink, smoke or have any kind of addiction during their service. Strict action is taken if found guilty.
  • Non- Discriminatory environment – No discrimination against any patient for because of race, color, sex, national origin, religion, age, handicap, veteran status, or genetic information. Operator will, where appropriate or required, take affirmative action to ensure that patients and employees are treated without regard to their race, color, sex, or national origin.
  • Confidentiality of records – All the records and information collected of the patients are safe and secure. They are not shared with any third party without the consent of the patients.
